James Davies

Managing Director, Gravel Lock Australia

James brings 40 years of experience across geotechnical testing, pavement materials evaluation, quarrying, crushing and screening, recycled and construction materials development.

During his time as Group Technical Manager with a major Australian industrial services, materials recycling and quarrying company, James was first introduced to Gravel Lock's products and their potential applications.

More than a decade later, James reconnected with New Zealand founder Grant Lewis. Recognising the opportunity to bring these products to the Australian market, he went on to establish Gravel Lock Australia.

Today, James manages the day-to-day business, drawing on his technical and operational background to help customers identify practical solutions for their sites.

Dave Rowles

Director, Gravel Lock Australia

Dave is a Director and business partner of Gravel Lock Australia, bringing extensive business experience, commercial knowledge and strategic guidance to the company.

As the founder and driving force behind Rowles Site Solutions (RSS), Dave has built a successful and highly regarded business, establishing RSS as an industry leader in its field through a strong focus on service, reliability and delivering results for its customers.

His experience in building and managing a successful business brings valuable commercial insight to Gravel Lock Australia. While James oversees the day-to-day operations, Dave provides strategic direction, mentoring and support as the company continues to develop and grow.

Anthony Quirk

Sales and Operations Manager, Gravel Lock Australia

Anthony works across the sales and operational side of Gravel Lock Australia, helping customers with product enquiries, supply arrangements and the practical requirements of getting products to site.

His role includes coordinating logistics, assisting with project requirements and supporting onsite activities to help ensure products are delivered and applied as required.

Anthony works closely with customers and contractors to help keep projects moving from the initial enquiry through to delivery and application.

Grant Lewis

Founder and Product Innovator, Gravel Lock New Zealand

Grant is the founder and driving force behind Gravel Lock's product development in New Zealand and Australia.

With more than 15 years of experience developing and refining products for road construction, dust suppression, erosion control and pavement maintenance, Grant has focused on finding practical alternatives to traditional methods.

Through ongoing product development, laboratory testing and field trials, his work has contributed to the Gravel Lock product range, including but not limited to RDC, CSC and PHF.

Grant continues to provide the product development knowledge and technical background behind the technology supplied by Gravel Lock Australia.
